Introduction. Proper nutrition is crucial for maintaining good health and provides the basis proper growth development of children adolescents. Insufficient physical activity inadequate are among leading causes mortality morbidity. Aim. The aim this research paper was to examine nutritional habits preschool children. Methods. study conducted in April 2018 included a survey kindergarten their parents. A questionnaire consisting 24 questions created purposes study. entirely anonymously voluntarily. Of 100 respondents study, 52% (52) were boys 48% (48) girls. average age 5.12 years. Results. Out total children, 98% (98) have hot meal every day, while 2% (2) do not. Cereals cereal products consumed by 97% 3% stated that they not consume cereals. As with cereals, use milk dairy products, only them. 29 (76%) normal body weight. Four (5%) malnourished 3 (8%) overweight. 30 (70%) girls weight, (7%) malnourished, one (2%) girl 8 (21%) obese. Conclusion. According obtained results, it can be concluded most examined ate properly had It worrying fact sweets/snacks on daily basis, other hand large number surveyed vegetables fruits basis. Nurses preschools face challenging task integrating professional knowledge into educational process.
