Fast globalization and modern lifestyles have affected our eating habits replaced them with fast food. food is not the same as traditional but can be served it has serious disadvantages especially in terms of human health. Seaweed said to a marine macroalgae that thrives estuaries' shallow waters, countercurrents go down depth 80 metres where there little photosynthetic light. many benefits. With its multi-functional properties such energy life extension detoxification disease prevention health fairness benefits seaweed incorporated into Indian diet moderation for nutrition wellbeing. In this study eight species (sea algae) (Figure 1) were selected from Kanyakumari coast Tamil Nadu subjected proximate composition analysis followed by AOAC standard method algae observed abundant. trace elements (Table 1).
