چکیده

Kundru (Coccinia indica) and Kikar (Acacia nilotica) are well known for their uses in Indian ayurveda to treat diabetes. Although the two plants medicinal properties, not much literature is available regarding nutritional composition. The present study reports composition antioxidant activity of fruits plants. Significant (P ≤ 0.05) differences were observed ash crude protein content (2.47 17.30 g/100 g, respectively) kundru (1.97 7.54 respectively). Resistant starch Keekar was 0.52 0.12 g/100g, respectively. In-vitro digestibility significantly (P≤0.05) higher (35.43 %). Total phenol, flavonoids, DPPH scavenging ferric reducing power be (65.13 mg GAE/100 80.04 RE/100g, 75.14 TE/100 g 68.95 as compared (51.05 25.29 RE/100 63.84 TE/100g 35.22 TE/100g, Bangladesh J.
