Abstract: Low-molecular-weight heparins (LMWHs) have proven to be effective in the prevention and treatment of thrombotic disorders, as well substitute for unfractionated heparin (UFH). LMWHs are a diverse collection medicines with different biochemical pharmacological characteristics, despite fact that they all antithrombotic actions.
