Nursing Implementation of Acute Pain Management in Post Mastectomy Surgery Patients

Background: Surgery is a potential or actual threat to person's integrity, both biopsychosocial and spiritual. One of the treatments for breast cancer surgery, either tumor removal mastectomy. The problem that often arises in postoperative patients pain, which can affect patient's overall condition. Purpose: purpose this study was determine effect pain management with deep breath relaxation therapy on post operative mammae scale. Methods: This case design uses descriptive method. sampling method used purposive 2 respondents, namely post-mastectomy Surgical Room Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang, March 2022. data were taken using interviews, observations physical examinations carried out descriptively presented narrative manner Results: After implementing acute breathing subjects 3 days there point reduction scale, patient 1 from scale 6 3, 5 2, able move fulfill basic needs independently. Conclusion: Acute reduce help quickly.
