Interprofessional collaboration is a partnership between professions who have different educational backgrounds and work together to solve patient health problems provide needed services. carried out by various care professionals an efficient effective strategy in improving service quality. also increase satisfaction create good quality services.
 The method this study quantitative descriptive survey. Data collection interview method, measurement NPCS (nurse-physicians scale). sample of research are nurses doctors RSUD Toto Kabila. This activity was 3 lecturers 1 partner for about 4 months. Nurse-doctor interprofessional according the perception at Kabila General Hospital, results obtained from 129 nurses, total 117 (90.3%) rated doctor's collaborative behavior category number 12 (9.3%) moderate category. nurse-doctor Hospital showed that most respondents, namely 11 (84.6%) respondents considered carry well as many 2 (15.4%) sufficient.
