Numerical study on calculation model of airflow temperature and humidity prediction in humid airway

چکیده

In deep coal mining, the high temperature and humidity environment are one of main disasters threatening workers equipment. To predict airflow in airway accurately, this study establishes a numerical calculation model surrounding rock temperature, under conditions considering moisture evaporation heat absorption wall, condensation release supersaturated water vapor airflow, influence air compression or expansion. Combined with two-dimensional (2D) conduction (considering axial airway), strip partial is proposed, then uniform moist wall established. The different parameters on discussed by analyzing results simulation wet surface (UWSM) partly (PWSM) wall. show that especially distribution calculated using 2D local humid conditions, more realistic. increment decreases increase area ratio, at entrance radius, increases relative entrance. accuracy prediction for large ventilation networks can be further improved equivalent UWSM to replace correction coefficient ratio PWSM.
