Numerical simulation study of acoustic waves propagation and streaming using MRT-lattice Boltzmann method

This paper presents a numerical investigation of the propagation acoustic waves generated by linear source using lattice Boltzmann method (LBM). The main objective this study is to compute sound pressure and force produced rectangular located at center west wall cavity, filled with water. discretized into set point sources emitting according method. interference between cylindrical creates an beam in cavity. An analytical carried out validate these results. error calculations wave also discussed confirm validity approach. In second step, streaming calculated introducing LBM code. A characteristic flow structure two recirculating cells thus obtained.
