Numerical Simulation of Motion Process of a Projectile with Sliding Driving Band in Bore

چکیده
Abstract For the information acquisition of whole motion a projectile with sliding driving band in gun bore, nonlinear dynamic explicit finite element software LS-DYNA was used. The pressure-time curve bore is equivalent to boundary input condition gun, and large deformation process described by ALE algorithm. simulation results show that number calculated data are good agreement experimental values, providing reference basis for design similar guns.
