This work is a numerical perspective to highly dispersive dark optical solitons by using Laplace-Adomian decomposition method. The results are reported this scheme with precise accuracy and the error measure stunningly low. surface plots, density plots exhibited for different parameter choices. simulations almost an exact replica of such that analytically arise from governing system. suggested iterative finds solution without any discretization, linearization, or restrictive assumptions.

Nonparaxial dark solitons in optical Kerr media.
We show that the nonlinear equation that describes nonparaxial Kerr propagation, together with the already reported bright-soliton solutions, admits of (1 + 1)D dark-soliton solutions. Unlike their paraxial counterparts, dark solitons can be excited only if their asymptotic normalized intensity u2infinity is below 3/7; their width becomes constant when u2infinity approaches this value.
متن کاملMeasuring the nonlinear refractive index of graphene using the optical Kerr effect method.
By means of the ultrafast optical Kerr effect method coupled to optical heterodyne detection (OHD-OKE), we characterize the third-order nonlinear response of graphene and compare it to experimental values obtained by the Z-scan method on the same samples. From these measurements, we estimate a negative nonlinear refractive index for monolayer graphene, n2=-1.1×10-13 m<sup...

When posed on a periodic domain in one space variable, linear dispersive evolution equations with integral polynomial dispersion relations exhibit strikingly different behaviors depending upon when the time is rational or irrational relative to the length of the interval: the Talbot phenomenon of dispersive quantization and fractalization. The purpose of this paper is to show that these phenome...
متن کاملStabilization of spatiotemporal solitons in Kerr media by dispersive coupling.
We introduce a mechanism to stabilize spatiotemporal solitons in Kerr nonlinear media, based on the dispersion of linear coupling between the field components forming the soliton states. Specifically, we consider solitons in a two-core guiding structure with inter-core coupling dispersion (CD). We show that CD profoundly affects properties of the solitons, causing the complete stabilization of ...
