Numerical Simulation of Diffusion Regularity and Parameter Optimization of Shaft Grouting Slurry

Increase in downhole mining prompts the need to develop effective methods for maintenance of shafts. Currently, grouting behind shaft wall is main approach used prevention water seepage into shaft. Several factors determine effect, and often fails during field applications due use ineffective parameters. In present study, numerical simulation was performed evaluate slurry diffusion regularity under different parameters based on that affect grouting. The results showed overall radius increased with increase time stabilized toward end simulation, Porosity surrounding rock near hole gradually became denser an time, which not conducive slurry. amount gushing at 146 m below secondary Zhundong No. 2 mine decreased by 81% after optimizing application actual site. This decrease had a significant anti-seepage it reduced costs. findings study provide basis conducting subsequent projects.
