Numerical analysis of chemically foamed thick-walled PA66 GF30 moldings

The paper presents a numerical analysis of thick-walled PA66 GF30 moldings with the addition chemical blowing agent content 1-3 wt%, and obtained results were compared real object. Computer simulations performed using Moldex3D ® software. Based on analysis, it was found that regardless dose used, largest pores place in core sample. Moreover, size depends their number cross-section moldings. Compositions containing higher cross-sectional pore density characterized by smaller sizes. computer simulation also showed increasing above 2 wt% does not significantly affect structure. experimentally determined composition 3 slightly differs from based analysis.
