Novel pH-responsive nanohybrid for simultaneous delivery of doxorubicin and paclitaxel: an in-silico insight

Abstract Background The distribution of drugs could not be controlled in the conventional delivery systems. This has led to developing a specific nanoparticle-based system, called smart drug In cancer therapy, innovative biocompatible nanocarriers have received much attention for various ranges anti-cancer drugs. this work, effect an interesting and novel copolymer named "dimethyl acrylamide-trimethyl chitosan" was investigated on paclitaxel doxorubicin applying carboxylated fullerene nanohybrid. current study run via molecular dynamics simulation quantum calculations based acidic pH differences between cancerous microenvironment normal tissues. Furthermore, hydrogen bonds, radius gyration, nanoparticle interaction energies were studied here. Stimulatingly, simultaneous temperature-responsive system proposed co-polymer. A pH-responsive thermal responsive utilized trimethyl chitosan dimethyl acrylamide, respectively. such dualistic approach, co-polymer makes excellent possess two properties one bio-polymer. Results results dramatic indisputable effects release tissues, as well increased biocompatibility uptake healthy Repeated simulations similar article performed validation test. are very close those reference paper. Conclusions Overall, conjugated modified (DMAA-TMC) nanohybrid can appropriate proposition loading, delivery, dual system.
