چکیده

Teachers’ time is a critical resource for education systems and key input student learning. Like any type of resource, teachers’ can be used more or less effectively to promote range outcomes such as learning, equity well-being. Whether teachers are given an additional hour in the classroom, prepare their lessons engage professional learning affect both cost quality education. Based on OECD survey data indicators, this paper provides systematic overview how across report using use regulated national policy frameworks. Building findings from School Resources Review series, then explores human policies that support stakeholders rethinking priorities, roles responsibilities school effective time.
