Nonlinear dynamic load analysis of aviation spline coupling with mass eccentricity and misalignment

چکیده
Most of the time, mass eccentricity, and misalignment exist at same time with aviation spline coupling working. Therefore, in this paper, function dynamic meshing force between multi-teeth a non-linear model involute system aero-engine eccentricity were presented. And then, on different was investigated. The result shows that when are both small, can run steady. increase or misalignment, load coefficient gradually increase. At as increases, some teeth suffer more load, less out engagement so they do not any load. running state becomes unstable.
