Abstract Steel-concrete composite beam is a typical construction which made up of two dissimilar materials such as steel and concrete. It used mainly for commercial/residential high-rise buildings bridges. From last few decades steel-concrete structure has been utilised in industry due to several advantages reduced time cost major the avoidance one issues present era, space scarcity. Shear connector basic component through concrete components are mechanically connected transfer load from slab conventional type beam. Three dimensional numerical models created using finite element analysis commercial software package ANSYS15 study flexural capacity specimens. Earlier, validation done with test results available literature proposed model found be capable analysing specimens acceptable accuracy. Further understand behaviour different flexible shear connectors stud channel under four-point bending. Degree connection, geometry layout taken into account key parameters this study. Normal strength considered. The associated ultimate load, mid-span deformation, interfacial slip presented. Diameter along length influence carrying beams. Ultimate well stiffness beams enhance when section considered minimal spacing connector. Thus finding required degree connection was also proved vital assessing performance
