This study is about the effects of Yukawa-like corrections to Newtonian potential on existence and stability noncollinear equilibrium points in a circular restricted three-body problem when bigger primary an oblate spheroid. It observed that ∂x0/∂λ = 0 ∂y0/∂λ at λ0 1/2, so we have critical point 1/2 which maximum minimum values x0 y0 can be obtained, where λ ∈ (0, ∞) range Yukawa force (x0, y0) are coordinates points. found increasing functions interval < decreasing ∞ for all α α+. On other hand, α−, (−1, 1) coupling constant gravitational force. The linearly stable mass parameter β0, it noticed ∂β0/∂λ λ ∗ 1/3; thus, got another gives β0. Also, > if id="M2"> id="M3"> id="M4"> id="M5"> Thus, local minima β0 id="M6"> also obtained.
