چکیده

Excessively using fertilizers poses serious problems such as environmental pollution, soil degeneration, and quality yield reduction of vegetables. This study aimed to illustrate the effect different organic manure inorganic on characteristics soil, growth, yield, non-heading Chinese cabbage. There were 28 treatments in first experiment: no fertilization (CK), conventional (100% nitrogen T1), 20% total (T2), 30% (T3), or with four kinds three dosages (24 treatments). Six treatments, being selected from experiment based growth plants, further applied second experiment. The results showed that pH, nitrate nitrogen, matter content treated by N2 (20% 1500 kg·ha?1 No.1: Bacillus-enriched bio-organic fertilizer) significantly enhanced compared T1 nitrogen). N2-treated plants an 11.66% increase root activity, 9.24% enhancement 5.79% vitamin C (VC), 47.87% decrease T1. Nitrogen fertilizer increased dominant phyla Gemmatimonadetes Chytridiomycota decreased Ascomycota, genera Gemmatimonas Bacillus Fusarium, indicating this treatment altered microbial community composition soil. Redundancy analysis (RDA) AP (available phosphorus), OM (organic matter), UREA (urease activity) correlated structure. Yield was significantly, positively Rhodanobacter Olpidium. In conclusion, benefited cabbage improving quality.

Identification and abiotic stress analysis of calmodulin-binding transcription activator/signal responsive genes in non-heading Chinese cabbage (Brassica campestris ssp. chinensis Makino)

In cells, calmodulin (CaM) is the most remarkable Ca transducer. BcCAMTA gene family members are calmodulin-binding transcription activators, which contain new type of sequence-specific DNA-binding domain (CG-1), an ankyrin repeats and tow IQ calmodulin-binding motifs. In our study, 8 calmodulin-binding transcription activator (CAMTA) genes were identified from non-heading Chinese cabbage (Bras...

Effect of Nitroxin Bio-Fertilizer Application Accompanied with Nitrogen on Canola (Brassica napus) Yield Quantity and Quality

In order to investigate the effect of chemical and biological nitrogen fertilizer on canola, a field experiment was conducted as a split plot based on a randomized complete block design with three replications at the research station of the Faculty of Agriculture, Yasouj University, located in Deshtrum region, in 2019. The main factor consisted of nitrogen fertilizer (zero, 25, 50, 75, 100 and ...

Transcriptome Analysis of a Female-sterile Mutant (fsm) in Chinese Cabbage (Brassica campestris ssp. pekinensis)

Female-sterile mutants are ideal materials for studying pistil development in plants. Here, we identified a female-sterile mutant fsm in Chinese cabbage. This mutant, which exhibited stable inheritance, was derived from Chinese cabbage DH line 'FT' using a combination of isolated microspore culture and ethyl methanesulfonate mutagenesis. Compared with the wild-type line 'FT,' the fsm plants exh...

Elevation of secondary metabolites synthesis in Brassica campestris ssp. chinensis L. via exogenous inoculation of Piriformospora indica with appropriate fertilizer

This work evaluated the impact of exogenous soil inoculation of beneficial fungal strain Piriformospora indica on phytochemical changes and the related genes expression of Chinese cabbage (Brassica campestris ssp. chinensis L.) by greenhouse pot experiments. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) affirmed that among the different combinations of fungal and organic fertilizer treatments, ...

Comparative Transcriptome Analysis Reveals Heat-Responsive Genes in Chinese Cabbage (Brassica rapa ssp. chinensis)

Chinese cabbage (Brassica rapa ssp. chinensis) is an economically and agriculturally significant vegetable crop and is extensively cultivated throughout the world. Heat stress disturbs cellular homeostasis and causes visible growth inhibition of shoots and roots, severe retardation in growth and development, and even death. However, there are few studies on the transcriptome profiling of heat s...
