چکیده
The aim of the study was to determine effect sewage sludge and composts produced from municipal waste on content various forms nitrogen in soil. field experiment carried out 2004–2015. It included three crop rotations following plants: potato, spring barley, winter oilseed rape wheat. consisted treatments: control (without fertilization), NPK, manure (FYM), compost straw (CSSS), composted (CSS), dried granulated (DGSS), “Dano” unsorted (CUMW) green (CMGW). Manure, were applied once (10 t ha−1 d.m.) or twice (5 a rotation. significantly shown that highest N-total soil fertilized with CUMW (compost waste). (FYM) contained quantity N-min. prevalent pool (82.65–86.52%) N compounds not undergoing acid hydrolysis, their smallest share determined NPK alone.

Potassium Content in Maize and Soil Fertilized with Organic Materials
Since potassium is essential for plant nutrition, should this element be deficient in sewage sludge used for plant fertilization supplementary mineral potassium fertilization is necessary. The aim of the present study has been to evaluate the effect of fertilization with organic materials on maize yield, its potassium concentrations and the content of bioavailable forms of potassium in soil of ...
متن کاملHeavy Metals in Water Percolating Through Soil Fertilized with Biodegradable Waste Materials
The influence of manure and composts on the leaching of heavy metals from soil was evaluated in a model lysimeter experiment under controlled conditions. Soil samples were collected from experimental fields, from 0- to 90-cm layers retaining the layout of the soil profile layers, after the second crop rotation cycle with the following plant species: potatoes, spring barley, winter rapeseed, and...

Bragantia, Campinas, v. 76, n. 1, p.155-166, 2017 AbstrAct: Applications for long periods of organic animal waste as a source of nutrients to crops can contaminate the soil and the surface and subsurface waters. This study aimed to evaluate how the utilization of organic waste, after successive applications, affects P fractions in the soil and consequently environmental contamination. In an exp...
متن کاملMaximum soil organic carbon storage in Midwest U.S. cropping systems when crops are optimally nitrogen-fertilized
Nitrogen fertilization is critical to optimize short-term crop yield, but its long-term effect on soil organic C (SOC) is uncertain. Here, we clarify the impact of N fertilization on SOC in typical maize-based (Zea mays L.) Midwest U.S. cropping systems by accounting for site-to-site variability in maize yield response to N fertilization. Within continuous maize and maize-soybean [Glycine max (...
