Analysis of the growth Shoot Root Ratio, Stem Leaf Ratio and Weight on pagoda mustard plants are expected to provide an accurate picture yields. The aim study was determine analyze shoot-root ratio, stem leaf ratio weight greens (Brassica narinosa L.) due administration liquid organic fertilizer Kascing, Papua Nutrient MA-11. This research is held at screen house Department Soil Science, Faculty Agriculture, University for 2 months. tools materials used include: machetes, hoes, polybag shovels, digital scales, 30 cm ruler, stationery, trays seedling, notebook, medication label, sprayer, hand spray, 10 ml measuring tube, oven, f1 seed, Nutrient, MA-11, granulated sugar, vegetable pesticide nem oil, soil media, compost, manure goats cows.
 There a significant effect application Liquid Organic Fertilizer Ratio. variance further tests showed significantly different results between control treatment other treatments (P1, P2, P3). 5% BNJ test were carried out by comparing average difference each treatment, both P0, P1, P2 P3 with critical value 3.2. Treatment P1 vermicompost can be said have most plant variables because it shows absolute prices greater than value.
