NGHIÊN CỨU TỶ LỆ KLEBSIELLA PNEUMONIAE SINH AMPC BETA-LACTAMASE VÀ GEN MÃ HÓA ENZYME AMPC BETA-LACTAMASE

Nghiên cứu đã thực hiện tại bệnh viện đa khoa thành phố Cần Thơ và tiến hành mẫu xét nghiệm MEDLATEC thơ từ tháng 1 năm 2022 đến 12 2022. Thiết kế nghiên cứu: mô tả cắt ngang, chọn thuận tiện, số chủng thu thập được là 262 mẫu. Kết quả: các Klebsiella pneumoniae có AmpC (+)/ESBL (-) tỷ lệ kháng cao nhất trên nhóm beta-lactam cả sinh phối họp chất ức chế beta-lactam, Ampicillin Amox- Clavulanate đều 93,75%. Tiếp Cephalosporin thế hệ 2 thể 3 (Cefuroxime, Ceftazidime, Cefotaxime, Ceftriaxone) 68,75%- 81,25%. Tỷ đối với 4 (Cefepime) cũng vói 62,5%. Đối Carbapenem 50% Imipenem Meropenem; 56,3% - hơn hai cùng Doripenem, Ertapenem. đổi Quinolon ở mức Levofloxacin Ciprofloxacin 56,3%. thấp Amikacin 37,5%. Luận: hầu hết loại đang sử dụng cao, mới như cephalosporin carbapenem, quinlon 50%.

In competition assays for radiolabeled penicillin, penicillin-binding proteins (PBPs) 4, 7a, and 7b showed very high affinities for strong inducers of AmpC beta-lactamase. Loss of PBP 4 resulted in diminished inducibility. This suggests that if PBPs are involved in induction of AmpC beta-lactamase, there is probably a redundancy in function among the different PBPs.
