چکیده

Fabric structures are prone to contamination with microorganisms, as their morphology and ability retain moisture creates a proper environment for growth. In this work, novel, easily processed cheap coating nylon fabric antimicrobial characteristics was developed. After plasma treatment, made render the surface more reactive sites, impregnated chitosan silver nanoparticles by simply dipping it into mixture of different concentrations both components. Silver were previously synthesized using Lee–Meisel method, successful obtention proven UV–Vis, showing presence plasmon resonance band at 410 nm. Nanoparticles 25 nm average diameter observed STEM stable, mainly in chitosan, which acted surfactant nanoparticles, avoiding aggregation. The possessed bactericidal activity higher Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus than Gram-negative Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria all combinations. percentage live S. P. CFU reduced less 20% 60%, respectively, when exposed each effect pronounced present coating, suggesting an effective synergy between these washing process, highly reduced, that is unstable after washing, being almost completely removed from fabric. Nevertheless, new-coated can be successfully used single-use face masks. To our knowledge, fabrics intended face-mask material agents has never been reported.

Defect Detection in Textile Fabric Using Mrcsf

In textile industry, reliable and accurate quality control and inspection becomes an important element. Presently, this is still accomplished by human experience, which is very time consuming and prone to errors. Hence automated visual inspection systems become mandatory in textile industries. Here the automatic fabric defect detection using Multi Resolution Combined Statistical and spatial Fre...

Machine Vision Inspection of Web Textile Fabric

The paper describes instrumentation which uses machine vision to inspect rolls of web textile fabric in real time. This involves detection of "message" signals arising from defects buried in noise caused by fabric structure. Analogy with the detection of targets in radar and sonar is exploited to provide effective signal processing. The hardware implementation achieves efficiency with economy b...

Automation in Measurement of Inverse Creep In Nylon Textile Yarns

From decades Creep has been known and studied for textile materials. In comparison, a newly observed phenomenon of inverse creep seems not to have received much attention. A new instrument has been fabricated to measure creep and inverse creep in textile materials particularly yarns. Creep and Inverse creep measurements of few of the textile yarns like nylon multifilament yarn, Polyester multif...
