چکیده
Bu çalışmada, sistemik lupus eritematozus (SLE) hastalarında nötrofil/lenfosit (NLO), trombosit/lenfosit (PLO), monosit/lenfosit (MLO) oranı gibi hematolojik belirteçlere ek olarak inflamatuar indeks (Sİİ), inflamasyon yanıt indeksi (SİYİ) ve agregat (SİAİ) yeni belirteçlerin SLE’de belirteci öneminin belirlenmesi, bu paramatrelerin SLE hastalık aktivitesi ile ilişkisinin değerlendirilmesi çok yüksek hastalığı göstermedeki duyarlılıklarının araştırılması amaçlandı. Çalışmaya 91 hastası 100 sağlıklı kontrol dahil edildi. hastalarının aktivitesini değerlendirmede Sistemik Lupus Eritematozus Hastalık Aktivite İndeksi 2000 (SLEDAI-2K) kullanıldı. hastaları aktivitesine göre SLEDAI-2K

Ratio of Th17/Treg and Disease Activity in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
Background: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease that is characterized by T-cells imbalance. There are ongoing controversies about the role of specific T-helper cell subsets and their cytokines. The study aimed to confirm the disturbance of Th17/Treg ratio in SLE patients. Methods: Subjects were SLE patients who met the American College of Rheumatology 1997 criteria. Dis...

OBJECTIVES The aim of this study was to investigate the relationships between clinical features of rheumatic diseases and hematologic indices, including mean platelet volume (MPV), MPV/platelet ratio (MPR), platelet/lymphocyte ratio, and neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (NLR). Subjects andMethods: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA; n = 91), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE; n = 51), systemic sclerosis (SSc;...

UNLABELLED This article is a review of different management strategies for the hematological manifestations of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), the strategies include immunosuppressive drugs, some noval therapies and B-cell depletion for refractory thrombocytopenia in patients with SLE and in antiphospholipid antibody syndrome associated with SLE. The researcher questions the validity of the...
متن کاملSerum Cyr61 is Associated With Clinical Disease Activity and Inflammation in Patients With Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
Our previous studies have shown that secreted extracellular matrix-associated protein Cysteine rich angiogenic inducer 61 (Cyr61), a novel proinflammatory factor, is involved in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). However, whether Cyr61 has any effect in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) remains unknown. This study aims to assess the level of serum Cyr61 and to investigate the assoc...
