Abstract The super-scaling approach (SuSA) model, based on the analogies between electron and neutrino interactions with nuclei, is reviewed its application to description of neutrino-nucleus scattering presented. contribution both one- two-body relativistic currents considered. model validated $$(e,e')$$ ( e , ′ ) data, including also inelastic contributions for inclusive reaction. A discussion semi-inclusive reactions their implications charge-changing neutrinos selection results change charge presented where theoretical predictions are compared cross-section measurements from main ongoing oscillation experiments.
