The need to negotiate the economic hurdles in country coupled with culture of peddling wares have pushed young female traders into street trade. This study investigated experiences these youngsters terms risks and abuse while performing their trading activities. adopted use quantitative qualitative methods elicit data from respondents. For quantitative, a total 120 copies questionnaires were distributed respondents selected through 2 stage sampling techniques Ado Ekiti metropolis, southwest Nigeria. qualitative, 6 depth interviews 4 key informants used complement data. Finding revealed that majority (76.7 percent) teenagers they trade based on instruction parent/guardians.
