چکیده
Rosa canina L. extracts were prepared using water or three natural deep eutectic solvents (NADESs: betaine+malic acid, betaine+sucrose, and citric acid+sucrose with 50% of water) maceration. The characterized in terms total polyphenol content (TPC), ABTS radical scavenging potential, extraction yield, zeta conductivity, pH, density, surface tension, viscosity. TPC was the highest acid extract (10.4 mg gallic equivalents, GAE/g), lowest (6.5 6.4 GAE/g, respectively). potential extract, 5.6 mmol Trolox/g, whereas 2.6 Trolox/g. Extraction yield for 0.607 %, statistically significantly higher betaine+sucrose 1.22 %. Zeta (absolute value) (-2.12 mV), (0.29 mV). Conductivity range 0.25 mS/cm (betaine+sucrose extract) to 5.46 (betaine+malic extract). pH ranged from 3.0 4.5 extracts. Density varied 1.00 g/mL 1.19 while tension 35.0 mN/m 40.6 extract. Viscosity 1.52 mPa·s it 10.67 mPa·s. application NADESs as an medium can improve recovery rose hips, well but depending on NADES composition. Namely, conductivity measured possesses yield. Thus, constitution should be optimized future

Natural deep eutectic solvents as a new extraction media for phenolic metabolites in Carthamus tinctorius L.
Developing green solvents with low toxicity and cost is an important issue for the biochemical industry. Synthetic ionic liquids and deep eutectic solvents have received considerable attention due to their negligible volatility at room temperature, high solubilization ability, and tunable selectivity. However, the potential toxicity of the synthetic ionic liquids and the solid state at room tem...

متن کاملUnraveling the cytotoxicity and metabolic pathways of binary natural deep eutectic solvent systems
In this study, the anticancer potential and cytotoxicity of natural deep eutectic solvents (NADESs) were assessed using HelaS3, PC3, A375, AGS, MCF-7, and WRL-68 hepatic cell lines. NADESs were prepared from choline chloride, fructose, or glucose and compared with an N,N-diethyl ethanolammonium chloride:triethylene glycol DES. The NADESs (98 ≤ EC50 ≥ 516 mM) were less toxic than the DES (34 ≤ E...
متن کاملDeep Eutectic Solvent Synthesis of LiMnPO4/C Nanorods as a Cathode Material for Lithium Ion Batteries
Olivine-type LiMnPO₄/C nanorods were successfully synthesized in a chloride/ethylene glycol-based deep eutectic solvent (DES) at 130 °C for 4 h under atmospheric pressure. As-synthesized samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Raman spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and electroc...
متن کاملNatural deep eutectic solvents: cytotoxic profile
The purpose of this study was to investigate the cytotoxic profiles of different ternary natural deep eutectic solvents (NADESs) containing water. For this purpose, five different NADESs were prepared using choline chloride as a salt, alongside five hydrogen bond donors (HBD) namely glucose, fructose, sucrose, glycerol, and malonic acid. Water was added as a tertiary component during the eutect...
