Nasoalveolar molding (NAM) has been glorified and maligned. Supporters argue that NAM improves cleft outcomes reduces secondary procedures. Critics highlight the expense, labor intensity, inconsistent or transient results. We offer to our patients have doing so for over a decade; nevertheless, benefits assessments are nuanced. In following paper, we present rationale, evolution, technique, of NAM, augmented with an analysis literature. another perspective in this ever-evolving area evidence-based palate care.
