The nasal has capability to cover both topical systematic delivery. most part this is that we can target brain also. extent which a medicine may penetrate Blood Brain Barrier factors restricts capacity treatments treat illnesses Central Nervous System (CNS) (BBB). Tight junctions found in endothelial cells blood capillaries serve as barrier medications prevent them from passing through. BBB successfully prevents hydrophilic substances moving circulatory compartment tissue. between bulk passage across capillary walls, unlike other tissues. Nasal drug delivery strategies have emerged during last few decades, some be able circumvent difficulties getting cross BBB. Various neuro-degenerative disorders like migraine, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer's etc. targeted with particular path.
