NARRATIVES OF THREE NOVICE IN-SERVICE SCIENCE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS: THEIR JOURNEY OF ACHIEVING TEACHER AGENCY AND TEACHER BELIEF

This study explores the phenomenon of 'school adaptation novice primary school teachers' in process entering their actual field. also studies achievement teacher agency and belief establishment procedure as teachers, not only teaching context but teachers who faced a special situation where given role was different from what they learned university life. used 'narrative' methodology. Narrative inquiry starts with 'researcher's narrative', which begins researcher's own story. The participants joined interviews submitted diaries. this were three in-service newly assigned to schools. research results are follows. First, achieved while adjusting themselves for year. Second, did best terms preparing classes being familiar schools’ culture system. highlighted need dual support administrative tasks teachers.
