چکیده
Nanosilver (10−9 m) refers to particles comprising 20–15,000 silver atoms, exhibiting high stability and specific surface area. At present, nanosilver has been used in agricultural cultivation production. This study examined the effects of on growth development rice root systems. Study results showed that fresh weight belowground organs length both increased significantly by 5% 25%, respectively, after radicles were treated with 2 ppm for three days. However, H2O2 level reached its peak at days from treatment, but activities antioxidant enzymes CAT, APX, GR inhibited treatment. The treatment enzyme activity roots. 5 μM promoted same was observed when Moreover, ascorbic acid (AsA) is a scavenger therefore AsA added together either or H2O2. In summary, via regulation not O2•− pathway.

Hydrogen Peroxide Is Involved in β-Cyclodextrin-hemin Complex-Induced Lateral Root Formation in Tomato Seedlings
Although previous results showed that β-cyclodextrin-hemin complex (β-CDH) could induce tomato lateral root (LR) formation, the corresponding downstream messengers are still not fully understood. In this report, similar to the inducing effects of exogenously applied hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), we discovered that β-CDH elicited RBOH1 transcript upregulation, endogenous H2O2 accumulation, and there...
متن کاملMDR-like ABC transporter AtPGP4 is involved in auxin-mediated lateral root and root hair development.
Previous data have suggested an involvement of MDR/PGP-like ABC transporters in transport of the plant hormone auxin and, recently, AtPGP1 has been demonstrated to catalyze the primary active export of auxin. Here we show that related isoform AtPGP4 is expressed predominantly during early root development. AtPGP4 loss-of-function plants reveal enhanced lateral root initiation and root hair leng...
متن کاملComparative Proteomics Analysis of the Root Apoplasts of Rice Seedlings in Response to Hydrogen Peroxide
BACKGROUND Plant apoplast is the prime site for signal perception and defense response, and of great importance in responding to environmental stresses. Hydrogen peroxide (H(2)O(2)) plays a pivotal role in determining the responsiveness of cells to stress. However, how the apoplast proteome changes under oxidative condition is largely unknown. In this study, we initiated a comparative proteomic...

متن کاملHydrogen peroxide mediated transvaginal drug delivery.
Simple, safe and effective permeability enhancers are crucial for successful non-invasive drug delivery methods. We seek local permeability augmentation mechanisms for integration into passive or active architectures in order to enable novel therapeutic delivery routes of the target drug while minimizing drug formulation challenges. This study explores the efficacy of hydrogen peroxide (HP) as ...
