چکیده
Bladder cancer is one of most common malignant urinary tract tumor types, and transurethral resection nonmuscle invasive bladder followed by intravesical instillation immunochemotherapy the standard treatment approach to minimize recurrence delay progression cancer. In general, conventional lacks selectivity for tissues effect drug reduced with excretion urine leading frequent administration irritation symptoms. Recently, nanomedicines which adhere tumors a long time, continuously efficiently release cancers may overcome all above problems. Moreover, advances in nanomedicine based targeted therapy have led significant improvements efficacy precision delivery. This review shows available nano-systems delivery tissues.

RNAi-based nanomedicines for targeted personalized therapy.
RNA interference (RNAi) has just made it through the pipeline to clinical trials. However, in order for RNAi to serve as an ideal personalized therapeutics and be clinically approved-safe, specific, and potent strategies must be devised for efficient delivery of RNAi payloads to specific cell types, which despite the immense potential, remains a challenge. Through evaluating the recent reported...
متن کاملTrimodality bladder preservation therapy for muscle-invasive bladder cancer.
Potentially curative treatments for patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) are underused, especially in the elderly. Trimodality bladder preservation therapy, which includes a maximally safe transurethral resection of the bladder tumor, followed by concurrent chemoradiation, fulfills this currently unmet need. In multiple prospective clinical trials and large institutional series, ...
متن کاملConditional internalization of PEGylated nanomedicines by PEG engagers for triple negative breast cancer therapy
Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) lacks effective treatment options due to the absence of traditional therapeutic targets. The epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) has emerged as a promising target for TNBC therapy because it is overexpressed in about 50% of TNBC patients. Here we describe a PEG engager that simultaneously binds polyethylene glycol and EGFR to deliver PEGylated nanomedici...
متن کاملRole of MicroRNAs in BCG Therapy by the Induction of Neutrophil Extracellular Traps in Bladder Cancer
The treatment of bladder cancer is usually performed by Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) instillation. BCG therapy is a common therapeutic method with fewer side effects compared with chemotherapy, radiotherapy, etc. BCG can also inhibit the progression and recurrence of bladder cancer by inducing apoptosis pathways, arrest cell cycle, autophagy, and neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) formatio...
متن کاملMaintenance Therapy for Superficial Bladder Cancer
The article by Drs. Baselli and Greenberg is a concise review of recent information supporting the use of maintenance therapy for patients with superficial bladder cancer. The decision to initiate intravesical therapy in patients with superficial disease is determined by the risk assessment of each patient’s particular disease. Tumor characteristics obtained at the time of endoscopic resection,...
