چکیده

The significant effect of the addition very small proportions nanofibres and nano-particulates on physical mechanical properties solid materials has been long observed described. electrospun fibres liquid not so widely examined. In this paper, polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH), zein nanofibers in sunflower (Helianthus annuus) oil its viscosity was quantified. For a given amount material, trend increasing effectiveness found as fibre diameter reduced. 0.01% (by mass) increased kinematic samples by 15%. presence confirmed light microscopy whilst size measured analysis scanning electron microscope images (SEM). This phenomenon low concentration significantly may find practical applications foodstuff thickener.
