Bu çalışmada, nane yetiştiriciliğinde önemli hastalıklara sebep olan fungal patojenlerden Fusarium oxysporum ve Rhizoctonia solani' ye karşı Trichoderma harzianum virens biyolojik kontrol etmenlerinin etkisi araştırılmıştır. aşamada solgunluk belirtisi gösteren bitkilerinin köklerinden yapılan izolasyonlar sonucunda F. R. solani izolatları elde edilmiş tanıları yapılmıştır. In vivo’da T. biyoetmenlerinin (Mentha multimentha L.) bitkisinin gelişim parametrelerine patojen uygulamalarına incelenmiştir. Deneme bitkilerin yaş kuru ağırlıkları alınmış, boyları ölçülmüş hastalık skala değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Kullanılan spp. arasından virens’in gelişimini %70, harzianum’un %63 baskıladığı tespit edilmiştir. Bitki boyu, ağırlık parametrelerinde uygulamasının en yüksek, solani’ nin düşük değerde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Gerek gerek değerlerinde azalttığı
