Purpose - on a clinical case to justify the technical aspects of applying Nakayama esophago-duodenostomy as reconstructive stage after gastrectomy for gastric cancer complicated by acute bleeding and Krukenberg metastases. Clinical case. Patient O., born in 1975, was being treated stomach moderate metastases surgery department No. 3 Kyiv City Emergency Hospital. The patient general clinical, special laboratory instrumental research methods were carried out (electrocardiography, esophagogastroduodenoscopy, ultrasound examination organs abdominal cavity small pelvis, computer tomography pelvis with intravenous contrast). had cardiac part stomach, gastrointestinal presence metastases, connection which underwent early delayed period according unique method lymphodissection volume D2+ overlapping esophageal-duodenal anastomosis type modification clinic. discharged satisfactory condition 10th day under supervision an oncologist surgeon at her place residence. During dynamic observation 12 months, she felt satisfactory. Conclusions.
