Several cutaneous inflammatory diseases can affect the nails, leading to alterations that be severe and determine functional psychosocial consequences. Lichen planus, a benign disorder of not well understood etiology, is one them. Nail manifestations in lichen planus may isolated or appear more generalized involvement skin. Currently nail very difficult treat, there aren’t therapies fully accepted by scientific community. Topical therapy does lead significant improvements intralesional steroids are considered as first line therapy. I present case involving just hand, successfully treated with triamcinolone acetonide.
