Myths and imaginaries in architectural competitions

چکیده

This paper presents an analysis of computer renderings urban spaces created for architectural competitions to promote the Fjord City redevelopment plan waterfront in downtown Oslo, Norway. The are assessed with compositional and semiotic analyses. Drawing from Lefebvre's theory production space literature on landscape, this argues that submitted ‘myth attractive city’, which is one way viewing spaces. conclusion highlights relevance findings practitioners.
