چکیده
Abstract Mycotoxin contamination of maize often raises risks for human and animal health. The most frequently detected mycotoxins in are trichothecenes, fumonisins, aflatoxin. A total number 17,011 samples were tested by SGS their mycotoxin content between 2012 2017. toxin results clearly show that the southern areas country had higher levels than average. According to dataset, aflatoxin has become regular but appearance fumonisins was also more frequent. Deoxynivalenol accumulation crops can reach dangerous under favorable ecological conditions. fluctuation years regisons is decisively shaped weather However, two pathogens with less virulence ( Fusarium verticillioides Aspergillus flavus ) must be taken into account contribution insect pests. 72.63% fumonisin concentration defined as B 1 , 20.34% 2 7.03% 3 . correlations three analogs higly significant P = 0.001), correlation coefficient varied 0.961 0.998 across six evaluation. This first complex evaluation deoxynivalenol, fumonisin, Hungary.

Maize (Zea mays L.).
Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation is an effective method for introducing genes into maize. In this chapter, we describe a detailed protocol for genetic transformation of the maize genotype Hi II. Our starting plant material is immature embryos cocultivated with an Agrobacterium strain carrying a standard binary vector. In addition to step-by-step laboratory transformation proced...
متن کاملFungal and fumonisins contamination in Argentine maize (Zea mays L.) silo bags.
Fumonisins in maize (Zea mays L.) grain silo bags in the conditions of three Argentine provinces were analyzed to determine how this kind of storage affects contamination and if differential storage durations or times of the year of silo bag closing and opening are factors that could modify it. Moisture content, water activity (a(w)), molds and yeasts present, and fumonisins were analyzed in 16...

ISHER (1918) provided a framework for the characterization of genotypic variance whereby he partitioned it into three components: ( 1 ) a portion associated with the average effects of genes, (2) a portion associated with dominance effects (allelic interactions) of genes, and (3) a portion associated with epistatic effects (nonallelic interactions) of genes. A logical method for the further sub...
متن کاملGenetic Diversity in Maize (Zea mays L.) Inbred Lines
Thirty yellow inbred lines of normal maize were evaluated for thirteen parameters at the experimental field of Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University during 2010-11 to study the genetic divergence using multivariate analysis. The thirty inbreds fell into six distinct clusters. The intra-cluster distances in all the six clusters were more or less low, indicating that the genotyp...
متن کاملNon-destructive leaf area measurement in maize (Zea mays L.).
In this research, leaf area prediction model was developed for some leaf-used maize (Zea mays L.) cultivars namely Coluna, Luce, Maveric, Ranchero, TTM-813, Zamora and RX-788 grown in Black Sea region of Turkey. Lamina width, length and leaf area were measured without destroying the leaf to develop the models. The actual leaf areas of the plants were measured by PLACOM Digital Planimeter and mu...
