Mycotic tubercular abdominal aortic aneurysm: A case report

چکیده

The mycotic tuberculous aneurysm of the Abdominal Aorta is an extremely rare disease. An aortic a life-threatening condition caused by infection. Tuberculous aneurysms aorta usually present as rapidly growing or ruptured pseudoaneurysms. Most these are pseudoaneurysm type. We presented case 61-year-old man who was diagnosed with tubercular abdominal associated posterior invasion vertebral body leading to discitis. patient underwent repair grafting. Even combination surgical and medical treatment, favorable outcome could not be achieved.
