The aim of this study was the isolation species in cattle milk samples from dairy herds Chile. Bulk tank selected by convenience 91 Holstein Friesian located Los Rios (66) and Lagos (25), two most important Regions country, were collected. Additionally, 100 individual cows high incidence mastitis, therapy, negative bacteriological results for traditional pathogens, all Biobío Region received our diagnostic laboratory, included. All cultured 10 days on PPLO medium. differentiation suspect colonies between genus Acholeplasma performed digitonin test specific PCR. identification M. bovis PCR 16S rRNA sequencing. isolated 3 (3.3%) bulk 2 (2%) cow samples. identified as At level, one strain sample bovis. remaining strains bovigenitalium, while alkalescens. These show that not only present Chilean herds, but also other pathogenic previously described Chile such bovigenitalium alkalescens, which pose potential risk southern
