Exosomes are extracellular vesicles that released from most cell types encapsulating specific molecular cargo. serve as mediators of cell-to-cell and tissue-to-tissue communications under normal pathological conditions. It has been shown exosomes carrying muscle-specific miRNAs, myomiRs, secreted skeletal muscle cells in vitro elevated the blood disease patients. The aim this study was to investigate secretion four myomiRs tissues assess their role inter-tissue communication between neighboring muscles vivo. We demonstrate, for first time, isolated, intact secrete miR-1, miR-133a, miR-133b, miR-206. Notably, we show sorting within varies different fiber-type composition. miR-133a miR-133b downregulation TA caused a reduction levels serum exosomes. In conclusion, our results reveal muscle-derived encapsulate some which enter blood, while portion is used local proximal tissues. These findings provide important evidence regarding novel pathways implicated function.
