Multistage Shelf Devices with Fluidized Bed for Heat-Mass Transfer Processes: Experimental Studies and Practical Implementation

چکیده

The article deals with the theoretical description and experimental study of hydrodynamic heat transfer properties regarding operation multistage gravitational devices fluidized bed inclined perforated shelves. peculiarities work implementation field shelf units are described. A model to define solubilizer’s velocity above perforation holes, in above-shelf space device outloading gap, as well residence time dispersed phase at stage (perforated contact) is presented. results studies influence, made by structural parameters contacts, on distribution pattern single-phase gas-dispersed flows workspace device, intensity interphase conditions create active operating modes devices, which provide higher efficiency heat-mass processes, lower gas consumption hydraulic resistance compared typical proved. Peculiarities processes described using treatment drying examples.
