چکیده
Abstract Purpose Rhizospheric soil fungi are critical for plant and health. However, their multiple functional traits impact on growth have not been systematically explored. Methods During this study, biochemical of 73 indigenous fungal isolates 15 unidentified related to promotion production extracellular enzymes were studied. Results Forty four (65.67%) the total produced indole acetic acid (IAA) followed by siderophore (52.23%), phosphate solubilization (37.31%), antibiotic (11.93%). 91.04% studied ammonia whereas 28.35% organic acid. Extracellular enzyme activities lipase, amylase, chitinase, cellulase detected among 95.52%, 61.11%, 35.82%, 41.79% isolates, respectively. Based these activities, categorized into different biotypes. Quantitative analysis IAA was carried out Aspergillus , Penicillium, Rhizopus isolates. exhibited varying solubilization. Most some other demonstrated activities. selected sp-07 Penicillium sp-03, sp-02 further evaluated in combinations inoculation effect yield wheat under field conditions. Conclusions The results indicated that could be developed bio-inoculants enhance growth. consortium three also found compatible beneficial

In recent years, the use of soil microbial potential including arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi is widely considered to enhance the better growth and nutrition of plants. This research was conducted in order to study the impact of mycorrhizal fungi on the increase of yarrow production and the plant establishment affected by the symbiotic ...
متن کاملantiphytopathogenic and plant growth promoting attributes of bacillus strains isolated from rhizospheric soil of chickpea
in the present study, we aimed to screen indigenous rhizospheric bacillus strains, capable of producing antiphytopathogenic and plant growth promoting traits. isolate cts-b19 and cts-g24 exhibited quite noticeable antagonistic activity initially against fusarium oxysporum f. sp. ciceri and rhizoctonia bataticola, and, later, against a panel of phytopathogens. partial 16s rrna sequence analysis ...
متن کاملthe effect of functional/notional approach on the proficiency level of efl learners and its evaluation through functional test
in fact, this study focused on the following questions: 1. is there any difference between the effect of functional/notional approach and the structural approaches to language teaching on the proficiency test of efl learners? 2. can a rather innovative language test referred to as "functional test" ge devised so so to measure the proficiency test of efl learners, and thus be as much reliable an...
15 صفحه اولCharacterization of plant growth-promoting traits of free-living diazotrophic bacteria and their inoculation effects on growth and nitrogen uptake of crop plants.
The search for diverse plant growth-promoting (PGP) diazotrophic bacteria is gaining momentum as efforts are made to exploit them as biofertilizers for various economically important crops. In the present study, 17 diazotrophic strains belonging to eight different genera isolated from rice paddy fields were screened for multiple PGP traits and evaluated for their inoculation effects on canola a...
