چکیده

Background: Treatment for early colon cancer has progressed rapidly with endoscopic resection and minimally invasive surgery. Selection of patients without risk lymph node metastasis is necessary before deciding on treatment. We aimed to review the optimal multidisciplinary treatment strategies cancer, including endoscopy surgery.Current Concepts: Pathological factors include histologic grade cell differentiation, lymphovascular invasion, perineural tumor budding, deep submucosal invasion. These predicting are crucial determining strategy excision radical cancer. Prediction depth invasion in using optical assessments vital determine appropriate method or surgical resection. Furthermore, assessment pit vascular patterns useful estimating magnifying chromoendoscopy narrow-band imaging endoscopy. Performing an pathologic evaluation imperative when selecting Endoscopic treatments cold snare polypectomy, mucosal resection, dissection. In addition, should be recommended a high metastasis.Discussion Conclusion: A approach establish optimized strategy, minimize complications, obtain excellent oncologic outcomes via patienttailored

Biomarkers for early detection of colon cancer.

There is an increasing demand for biomarkers in colon cancer for risk assessment, early detection, prognosis, and surrogate end points. A number of biomarkers have been identified for early detection of colon cancer, although the risk factors have not been identified extensively. The major advances in understanding colorectal cancer include the identification and the involvement of APC, p53, an...

Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection for Early Colon Cancer

Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) was first implemented in early gastric cancer allowing for en-bloc resection of the lesions. With the experience came the expertise to introduce ESD for early colon cancer (ECC). ESD demonstrates several advantages in comparison with the endoscopic mucosa resection. It allows accurate histological assessment of the depth of invasion, minimizes the risk of ...
