Multi-Time Generalized Nash Equilibria with Dynamic Flow Applications

We propose a multi-time generalized Nash equilibrium problem and prove its equivalence with quasi-variational inequality problem. Then, we establish the existence of equilibria. Furthermore, demonstrate that our can be applied to solving traffic network problems, aim which is minimize cost each route river basin pollution Moreover, also study proposed as projected dynamical system numerically illustrate theoretical results.
