Multi-Objective Optimization Design of Permanent Magnet Torque Motor

Permanent magnet torque motor (PMTM) is widely used in aerospace, computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools, and industrial robots with many advantages such as high density, strong overload capacity, low ripple. With the upgrading of manufacturing, requirements for performance motors have become more stringent. At present, how to achieve output ripple has a research hotspot motors. In optimization process, it necessary increase while can be reduced, difficult get good result single-objective optimization. this paper, multi-objective method based on combination design parameter stratification support vector (SVM) proposed. By analyzing causes ripple, torque, efficiency, cogging total harmonic distortion (THD) back electromotive force (EMF) are selected objectives. order solve coupling problem between parameters, calculation formula Pearson correlation coefficient analyze relationship parameters objectives, layered ac-cording sensitivity. shorten cycle motor, SVM fitting mathematical model. The initial optimal compared, found that optimized higher lower simulation results verify effectiveness proposed method.
