Mujeres emprendedoras, orientación de rol de género y cultura emprendedora

چکیده
Se analiza si la orientación del rol de género (GRO) y percepción cultura emprendedora afectan en el avance las etapas proceso emprendedor mujeres. Considerando una muestra 1.195 mujeres españolas, se utilizan escalas test roles sexuales Bem regional percibida. Los resultados confirman que con masculina o andrógina tienen más probabilidades emprender; y, para GRO masculinas, su región fomenta emprendedor; siendo negativa andrógina.
