چکیده
This study aimed to compare the mosquito fauna found in three remnant forest fragments of a semideciduous seasonal by using oviposition traps northwestern region state Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Between 2018 and 2019, larvae were collected quarterly fragments, one situated an urban area, another rural area close city third formed extensive native far from environment. Four species caught: Aedes terrens (Walker, 1856) (282), Limatus durhamii Theobald, 1901 (30), aegypti (Linnaeus, 1762) (23) Toxorhynchites theobaldi (Dyar Knab, 1906) (6). The Morisita-Horn index indicated high similarity between studied (>80%). mean number mosquitoes was significantly higher than other areas (F = 6.073; d.f. 17; p <0.05). calculation phi coefficient assess co-occurrence two same trap did not indicate significant values (p> 0.05). demonstrated good ability colonize inhabit different types studied. In addition, fragment located offered conditions for survival wild mosquitoes, such as Ae. aegypti.
