چکیده
The objective of the study was to evaluate structural changes in margin gastroduodenal ulcers complicated by perforation, bleeding or penetration terms features ulcer healing. Methods and materials . Histological IHC studies were performed on 25 patients main group with perforated 23 control chronic recurrent penetration. sections stained hematoxylin eosin, Van Gieson's picrofuchsin. Immunohistochemical reactions antibodies Ki-67, CD68, CD138, CD34. Results On macroscopic evaluation, a clear even perforation noted. examination background acute dyscirculatory clearly shows zone necrosis weakly expressed layer granulation tissue, which majority cases practically absent. consists minimally presented, delimited tissue detritus unchanged muscle layer. Plasma cells dominated cell infiltrate, index proliferative activity epithelium margins about 45 %, distributed fairly evenly. Conclusions Perforated can be considered as special most pronounced infiltration plasmatic eosinophils, edema changes, uniform high epithelium. Changes allow for complete regeneration without excessive scarring precise suturing perforation.

متن کاملCytomegalovirus-Associated Gastroduodenal Ulcers in a Patient With Functional Hypercortisolism
Cytomegalovirus (CMV)-associated gastroduodenal ulcers (GDU) are a rare digestive disease, which principally affect immunocompromised patients. We recently experienced CMV-associated GDU occurring in a seemingly immunocompetent patient. The rarity of such a condition was inimical to a correct clinical diagnosis.A 77-year-old woman with Alzheimer's disease was admitted to our hospital because of...

Autism spectrum disorders (ASD) represent complex neurodevelopmental disorders characterized by impairments in reciprocal social interactions, abnormal development and use of language, and monotonously repetitive behaviors. With an estimated heritability of more than 90%, it is the most strongly genetically influenced psychiatric disorder of the young age. In spite of the complexity of this dis...

Cells are active components in their environment and constantly adjusting their performance to improve extracellular milieu changing. This approach is reflected their tends of maintaining intracellular homeostasis. When the cells encounter stress or pathologic stimuli, they can undergo a new manner (adaptation) and new steady state for achieving viability and function. If the external stress is...
