چکیده
To date, there is no systematic review that summarizes the morphological adaptations of musculoskeletal system in response to chronic exercise. This selected original articles published English between 2000 and 2020, with a clear exercise intervention presenting change tissue under study, covering human participants irrespective age, gender or health condition. In total, 2819 records were identified. After removal duplicates, title abstract screening full-text review, 67 included final analysis (6 for inter-vertebral disc, 6 cartilage, 36 bone, 2 ligament, 9 tendon 7 muscle). The most used interventions aerobic, resistance, plyometric Population ranged from children healthy active people individuals conclusion, as are tissues which vary increased stiffness an increase cross-sectional area. Although can adapt, several questions still linger, such optimal dose type exercise, whether occur injured tissue, functional implications these adaptations. Future research should address questions.

Neuregulins Response to Exercise: a Mini Review
The Neuregulin is a member of the epidermal growth factors (EGF) family of receptor kinases, was originally identified as the product of the transforming gene derived from chemically induced rat neuroblastoms. A variety of different protein isoforms are produced from single Neuregulin gene. Four distinct vertebrate gene encode Neuregulin, prosaically named NRG1, NRG2, NRG3, and NRG4. Most of bi...

A computerized search of databases according to the PRISMA statement was employed. Studies were screened for eligibility on inclusion criteria: (i) present two testing points; (ii) on swimming physiology; (iii) using adult elite swimmers; (iv) no case-studi...
متن کاملA Systematic Review of Carrion Eaters' Adaptations to Avoid Sickness.
Species that scavenge on dead animals are exposed to enhanced disease risks. Eight hypotheses have been suggested to explain how scavengers avoid becoming sick from their diet. We conducted a systematic review of the literature and found correlative support for four of the eight hypotheses but limited evidence of systematic studies of the hypotheses. We found no support that using urine to ster...
