چکیده
In this study, based on molecular biology techniques, the matK and trnL-F regions of ten Annonaceae species grown in Binh Chau-Phuoc Buu Nature Reserve, Vietnam were successfully amplified sequenced for first time. Along with other highly homologous DNA sequences from GenBank database, phylogeny studied was also established. By using alignment tool NCBI percentage identity among presented. The study aims to partially contribute further understanding evolutionary relationships species.

Molecular Characterization and Phylogeny Analysis Based on Sequences of Cytochrome Oxidase gene From Hemiscorpius lepturus of Iran
Abstract: Background: Hemiscorpius lepturus is a medically important scorpion found along the Iranian borders, especially near to Khuzestan Province in the south-west of Iran. This is the only non-buthid scorpion which is potentially lethal in southern Iran and is responsible for severe dermonecrotic scorpionism. OBJECTIVES: In this study, DNA fragment of the mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase ...
متن کاملGenetic Diversity and Molecular Phylogeny of Iranian Sheep Based on Cytochrome b Gene Sequences
Phylogenetic relationships and genetic variation between two Iranian sheep breeds were analyzed using cytochrome b (cyt-b) gene sequences. The genomic DNA was isolated by salting out method and amplified cytochrome b gene using polymerase chain reaction restriction (PCR) method with a pair of primer. A partial sequence of cyt-b gene of Iranian sheep is 780 bp and contained 13 variable sites and...
متن کاملA new species of Gekko (Squamata: Gekkonidae) from Tà Kóu Nature Reserve, Binh Thuan Province, Southern Vietnam.
A new species of Gekko Laurenti is described from Ta Kou Mountain, an isolated granitic peak in Ta Kou Nature Reserve, Ham Thuan Nam district, Binh Thuan province, southern Vietnam. The species is distinguished from its congeners by its moderate size, with snout to vent length (SVL) reaching a maximum 107.0 mm; dorsal pattern of 5-8 white vertebral blotches between the nape and sacrum and 6-8 p...
متن کاملMolecular phylogeny of some avian species using Cytochrome b gene sequence analysis
Veritable identification and differentiation of avian species is a vital step in conservative, taxonomic, forensic, legal and other ornithological interventions. Therefore, this study involved the application of molecular approach to identify some avian species i.e. Chicken (Gallus gallus), Muskovy duck (Cairina moschata), Japanese quail (Coturnix japonica), Laughing dove (Streptopelia senegale...
متن کاملMolecular phylogeny of three desert truffles from Iran based on ribosomal genome
The ITS region including the 5.8S gene of rDNA of three desert truffle species were amplified using ITS4 and ITS1 primers. The ITS sequences were compared to those of other related authentic sequences obtained from GenBank. Among 12 specimens studied, seven isolates corresponded to Terfezia claveryi reported by other authors. Iranian T. claveryi specimens had an average similarity of 99.4% (ran...
